I’m Sean Wilkins, the proud owner of Scrumptious Fare Catering.

I began my career in the food and beverage field, where I organized special events at swanky venues, including upmarket country clubs. I enjoyed interacting with corporate clients and discerning guests, which helped me polish my customer service skills. 

Subsequently, after twenty-five years of taking on various managerial roles, I wanted a fresh challenge. I was passionate about soul food, so I decided to launch a catering company specializing in tasty American and Tex-Mex recipes.

Since launching my catering enterprise seven years ago, I’ve managed to build a loyal following by consistently delivering exceptional service at a competitive price and serving delicious cuisine that’s safely prepared.

Delivering safe meals has come even more into focus over the past twelve months. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, there’s an increasing demand for individually packaged meals and touchless buffet service.

Therefore, I always maintain hygiene, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honesty and integrity, which builds trust with clients. I add value by sourcing local fresh ingredients whenever possible, which has created a recipe for success.

As a result, when I receive positive feedback from happy customers, it fills me with immense satisfaction. It has also led to word-of-mouth referrals, which is rewarding.

When I’m not in my kitchen serving up mouth-watering meals, I’m a singer and songwriter. I’m also involved in charity work and community activism that promotes accountability for local governments. 

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
